This is an interesting point to keep in mind as we continue our work on the Revolution. US officials didn't harass Madero--he was allowed to organize the launch of the Revolution (of course it sputtered to life). Yet, the US officials supported Díaz's infiltration of the PLM and sought to enforce neutrality laws against the Flores Magón brothers and their supporters.
