After reading Gonzales’s and Castro’s conclusions on the Mexican Revolution, one cannot help but understand why Hernandez focused much of her writing on the binational attempts to thwart the PLM, since the PLM, in essence was to create a more liberal country.

I also agree with you here, despite my previous comment 😊 I absolutely think the PLM is important and should be better studied in the U.S. It isn't "The Revolution," though, in the ways that Hernández often suggests.
